Fees

For Standard mortgages, we may charge a fee for our service up to 1% of the loan amount. Our typical fee is £750 payable on offer, subject to status. 

For Equity Release mortgages, we may charge a fee for our service up to 1% of the loan amount. Our typical fee is £995 payable on completion, subject to status.
