Common Partnership questions.
Which clients can I pass to you?
At the beginning of the relationship, we will discuss the profile of the clients that we are best suited to assist.
How do you keep me informed of activities with my client?
Where legally appropriate, we keep you informed by email, and our audited client portal. We keep full records of all advice offered and discussed.
Can I be sure you won’t go directly to my client?
Please be assured we will never approach your client directly or, attempt to cross-sell any product or service at any time. Our formal agreements protect all parties in these scenarios and are transparent.
Do you ensure client confidentiality?
As directed by our regulator the FCA, we store client documents securely in a GDPR-compliant way. We not discuss confidential information with anyone, unless instructed by the client. In certain scenarios, this will apply to the introducing partner.
Do you have any information I can send to my client?
We are proud to say we run a paperless business and believe brochures are unnecessary in today’s age. Our website contains a wealth of information. However, if you require further detail after viewing the website, please do not hesitate to get in touch.

Exploratory Conversation
With each introduction received from an introducing partner we discuss the client’s situation and the desired objective. Throughout the whole advice process, the introducing partner is kept informed where necessary, and progress is logged via our client portal.
Once we have made our introduction to the client, and our onboarding process has been completed, we will compare the relevant providers and look for the most appropriate product to meet the client’s circumstances.

Discover the Right Product
Once a product has been found we will discuss with the client, and, where necessary the introducing partner, to ensure there are no impacts to tax or legal planning.
Once a client, and the introducing partner, are satisfied, we will then proceed with an application. We will take care of all the paperwork relating to the application, and will update the client and introducing partner at all stages, as the case progresses towards completion.
You are now ready to go!
Working with introducing partners is an important part of our business. It involves a high degree of trust and respect between all parties.

For more than ten years we have created partnership programmes and have worked with a wide range of introducers.
DO YOU PAY INTRODUCTION FEES?
Where permissible by our regulator (the Financial Conduct Authority) we can and do pay fees to introducers, but this is never to the detriment of the client. Any fees paid are deducted from our standard fees.
WILL YOU KEEP ME INFORMED?
An essential part of building long-term relationships with our introducing partners is regular, open communication. We keep the partner informed at all stages of their client’s application.
HOW DO I BECOME AN INTRODUCING PARTNER?
Once we agree that a working partnership is possible, background checks need to be completed. Once the checks are received, formal agreements and applications are signed by all parties, and the process of introducing can begin.
